Under EU law we are obliged to disclose to all our readers some  information about the use of cookies on our web site.

Control and delete cookies
We do not use cookies to collect personally identifiable information about anyone. Frankly, we haven’t a clue how to do this and if we did we wouldn’t be telling you here would we? However, if you’re the suspicious type who doesn’t believe any of this guff, you can block the cookies which are set by our web site, or indeed any other web site, through your browser settings. See the Help function within your browser for information on how to do this.

Alternatively, visit which contains comprehensive information on how to do this on a wide variety of browsers. You will also find details on how to delete cookies. but, take it from us, you’d be better off getting a life.

How we use cookies.
We use Google Analytics to count the number of visitors to our site but this doesn’t give us any personal information. We can’t speak for Google, you know what they’re like. They’re probably outside your house now in a Ford Transit van with a big camera on top, hacking into your wifi.

What to do if you’re still worried about cookies
If after all this you’re still not convinced, it’s probably best to browse away somewhere else. Why not try some pictures of fluffy kittens, or visit the Wensleydale cheese museum?
